HomeLens Limited provides property inspection and advisory services on a non-invasive, visual-only basis. All advice and reports are based on observations made at the time and date of inspection. As a member of ACABE (not a chartered surveyor), our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute expert or legally binding diagnosis.

Inspections are limited to accessible and visible areas of the property. No opening-up of structures, removal of fixtures, fittings, carpets, insulation, or wall linings is undertaken. Roof spaces (where accessible), external areas, and internal rooms are examined visually only.

This inspection is not a full building survey or structural assessment. The report is not intended to satisfy requirements for lending, insurance, legal, or conveyancing purposes.
